Tenaga Generasi Limited (TGL)
Acted as sell-side financial advisor to Dawood Lawrencepur Limited for the divestment of its 75% equity stake in Tenaga Generasi Limited (TGL), a 50 MW operational wind power project. Responsibilities included conducting a comprehensive valuation, preparing marketing materials, managing investor outreach, and overseeing the competitive bidding process through to final negotiations.

As a Director, Ashruff has been instrumental in establishing Bridge Factor as a top tear advisory firm, with impeccable track record and unmatched service delivery. He leads the Power Sector practice of the firm and has spearheaded the effective thrust towards Renewable Energy in Pakistan. To his credit are almost 70% (50MW x 16 = 800 MW) of the Wind Energy Projects to have achieved Financial Closing. By qualification Ashruff is a Chartered Accountant, and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. His experience of Corporate & Project Finance, Transaction Advisory & Structuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial and Management Advisory spans over 2 (two) decades. He has also presented, as a Power Sector specialist, at a number of local and international Conferences / Seminars.

Yasar holds with him more than 20 years of experience in project development and management, debt arrangement and structuring, fund management and financial advisory. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Foundation Power Company Daharki Limited before joining Bridge Factor, where he specialized in contract negotiation, finalization of project agreements and arrangement of financing. He brings with him intensive experience from the corporate sector having worked with Fauji Foundation, Private Power and Infrastructure Board and Petroleum Exploration (Pvt.) Limited. Yasar is a Chartered Accountant and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
