Launch of 10-Yr Business Plan (2025-2035) for Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization

Under the UKAID funded SEED program, members of Bridge Factor team assisted development of the Business Plan (2025-2035) for Energy & Power Department, GoKP and Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO). The event was organized by PEDO wherein the Business Plan was officially opted for implementation, charting a strategic roadmap for sustainable energy development in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
The earlier business plan 2021 was developed by Bridge Factor under SEED program. Building on the earlier plan, the updated 2025 strategy strengthens PEDO’s commercial readiness by identifying viable energy projects, potential customers and supply modes. By leveraging KP’s significant hydropower potential, the plan aims to deliver affordable, reliable, and clean electricity, drive industrial growth, enhance energy security, and advance the province’s sustainability agenda.
