KP Tourism Department Awards Thandiani Resort Project to Boost Tourism

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (GoKP) mandated SEED program (funded by FCDO) for transaction advisory on 400-kanal Thandiani Tourism Resort Project under PPP framework. Bridge Factor was engaged under SEED program to provide Transaction Advisory. The project achieved a significant milestone as Letter of Conditional Award (LOCA) for the Project, was signed in September, 2025. The ceremony, held at KP House Islamabad, marked a major step in realizing the province’s vision for sustainable and high-quality tourism infrastructure. The agreement was executed between Mr. Shahrukh Ali Khan, Director General of the Galiyat Development Authority (GDA), and Tahir Builders (Pvt.) Ltd., in collaboration with Qubed (Pvt.) Ltd. The signing of concession agreement will follow final approval from the KP Public-Private Partnership Committee.
